Sweet Anna Kate arrived a few weeks earlier than anticipated. Her mama, Kelsey, and I were playing text tag (I started typing "phone tag" and realized we weren't making any calls LOL) about when I would be able to swing by the hospital to do a newborn session with the whole family.

Alas, the hospital visit was just not meant to be - Anna Kate ended up in the NICU for a few days and when she was finally able to go home, her big sister, Avery, ended up getting sick had to sleep over at Grandma and Grandpa's for a little bit.

Things have finally settled down and I was able to visit the sweet Cocklin family yesterday and meet Anna Kate, just two weeks new!

When I first arrived, big sister Avery was a bit camera shy...

...but it wasn't long before she was twirling and dancing with daddy in her princess dress!

While Avery and Dad were playing, Mama was sharing a few quiet moments with Anna Kate.

It was fun to watch the two sisters interacting, already a strong undeniable bond between them.

It's apparent that Avery is destined to become a wonderful helper and world's best big sister!

All eyes were definitely on Anna Kate yesterday...

...but there was an abundance of love between all. Congrats, Cocklin family!
